Your Mission
As the Social Media Manager at Aonic, you will own the strategic
direction of our brand presence across all social media channels to
drive awareness and build affinity for our innovative health and
longevity consumer products. You'll lead content creation, channel
growth, community management, and influencer outreach across
existing platforms, while strategically expanding into new channels
that align with our business goals.
In this critical role, you will be the voice of the Aonic brand,
influencing how we are perceived as a leader in the health and
wellness space. You'll make an impact not only through the content
you create but also by fostering meaningful relationships within
our community and building partnerships with influencers and brand
ambassadors. By leveraging these collaborations, you will amplify
Aonic's reach, attract new users, and strengthen customer loyalty.
You will collaborate closely with our Product team to optimize user
journeys, drive conversions, and fuel sustainable growth.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and refine Aonic's
social media strategy across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok,
YouTube, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness, boost engagement,
and grow our health-focused community. Ensure that all content
aligns with Aonic's brand mission and messaging.
- Content Creation: Create compelling, on-brand content for
various platforms, including Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok
videos, YouTube shorts, and more. Collaborate closely with our
product designer to produce cohesive visual assets that match
Aonic's aesthetic and learn the asset system for independent
content creation. Stay on top of social media trends and bring
fresh, creative ideas to engage our audience.
- Influencer Partnerships & Management: Identify, establish, and
nurture relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and
content creators that align with Aonic's brand values. Manage
end-to-end influencer campaigns, including outreach, negotiations,
content planning, and tracking performance. Ensure successful
collaborations that effectively expand Aonic's reach and resonate
with our target audience.
- Content Calendar & Scheduling: Oversee the development and
management of a cross-functional content calendar, ensuring a
consistent and timely flow of posts across platforms. Coordinate
with the Product team to align on campaign themes, product
launches, and key brand moments.
- Analytics & Growth: Set clear objectives for social media
performance, track KPIs (such as engagement rates, follower growth,
and conversion metrics), and analyze content performance. Use data
to inform future content strategies and optimize posts for reach,
engagement, and conversions.
- Trendspotting & Thought Leadership: Stay up-to-date with
emerging trends in the health, wellness, and tech spaces. Identify
and share key trends internally, turning insights into actionable
opportunities that strengthen Aonic's position as a
forward-thinking brand.
- Community Engagement: Engage actively with Aonic's online
community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a
timely and professional manner, fostering a positive brand presence
and building lasting relationships with our audience.
- Comfortable on Camera: Occasionally step in front of the camera
to create engaging video content that helps build a personal
connection with our audience and adds a human touch to the
brand.
Your Profile
- 2+ years of experience in social media management with a proven
track record of growing a brand following on social media
platforms.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a
plus but not required
- Demonstrated experience in managing influencer partnerships and
executing successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write,
edit, and produce visual content that aligns with Aonic's
brand.
- Exceptional writing skills and a keen visual eye for aesthetics
and storytelling.
- Ability to stay on top of social media algorithms, platform
changes, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, including video editing
software and if needed, graphic design platforms.
- Experience in the wellness or tech industry is preferred.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and
accountability for results.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 5 days onsite in our office in downtown San
Francisco, CA.

mindset.
