FocusKPI is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join one of our clients, a high-tech, SaaS company.The client is looking for a social media content creator to join their U.S.-based team. In this role, you will lead, produce, and create social-first video and static content that tells their story, promotes their products, and enhances their brand. You will use your background in social media marketing, digital media, or other relevant disciplines to help promote their brand narratives and position them as a leading voice worldwide. Through ongoing content projects, you will leverage your strong storytelling ability to shape our narratives.Work Location: Remote - anywhere in the USDuration: 12 months contractPay Range: $35/hr to $45/hrResponsibilities:

  • Develop creative ideas that promote the client's profile and gain cut-through within the US and global markets.
  • Complete projects using various technical skills and software, including Adobe Premiere, Figma, CapCut, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Work in a team environment with stakeholders from various departments, including Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Creative, and Brand.
  • Support and execute major campaign launches and evergreen content creation, including project management, asset trafficking, scheduling, and reporting.
  • Be creative and able to work with subject matter experts to turn ideas into compelling scripts that are shared through video.
  • Work across project teams to understand priorities and generate compelling assets, concepts, and tactical plans for content production and storytelling.
  • Write, produce, and edit engaging, highly shareable material their audiences want to read, watch, listen to, and engage with.
  • Support and contribute to their brand and product social media strategy, maintaining a calendar of social posts.
  • Build relationships with teams across the company to source ideas and shape social-first content.
  • Provide feedback to partners and SMEs on project timelines, potential challenges, and suggestions and ideas to take a project idea from concept to completion.
  • Measure results and adjust approaches accordingly.Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of marketing and/or experience managing social media accounts and social-first projects for B2B, tech, or SaaS brands.
    • You are a strong creator, editor, and writer who loves pitching new ideas and executions for short-form video content and static assets as needed.
    • Advanced knowledge of the impact video content makes on their audience. You take as much pride in a 15-minute narrative documentary project as you do in a short 15-second Instagram Reel.
    • Top 3 tech skills: Figma, Adobe Creative, and Sprout Social.
    • Working knowledge of how social media content and campaigns differ across markets to meet the needs of local audiences and cultures.
    • Familiarity with analytics tools and how to translate performance metrics into actionable takeaways.
    • A passion for marketing and staying up-to-date on industry and platform news.
    • Advanced ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and stakeholders across markets.
    • An eye for detail, down to the last character, image crop, and line break.
    • A team player who easily balances high-profile projects and juggles urgent requests.
