Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to
manage the full-cycle talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with managers to develop job descriptions and hiring
criteria
Screen applications and facilitate the interview process
Ensure compliance with employment laws and represent the
organization at recruiting events
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
Experience in the CPG industry is a plus
Familiarity with hiring laws and regulations
Proficiency with applicant-tracking software and related
systems
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
