Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Lead, Agricultural Nitrogen Systems.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development of the agricultural nitrogen management program, focusing on impactful research and policy changes
Coordinate collaboration among approximately 30 scientists from various sectors to advance the Nitrogen2.0 vision
Build relationships with stakeholders to create roadmaps and research agendas that address agricultural pollution impacts

Required Qualifications

Graduate degree in agriculture, biology, biogeochemistry, biotechnology, environmental science, or physics
7+ years of combined professional and research experience, with at least 4 years of professional experience outside of graduate work
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and manage complex projects, particularly in research-heavy areas
Proven scientific literacy and experience collaborating with leading scientists in agricultural sciences
Experience leading and mentoring teams with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and equity
